- Boiled Rice 2 cups
- plain yogurt (Curd) 4 cups
- oil 2 table spoon
- green chilies 2-3
- chana daal 2 tsp
- urad daal 2 tsp
- mustard seeds 2 tsp
- finely chopped ginger1 tsp
- desiccated coconut 2 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
How to make curd rice:
In a saucepan heat oil 2 tablespoonful.
Add mustard oil.
When the mustard seeds start popping peanuts, add urad daal.
A minute later, ginger, coriander and add the green chillies.
Cook them in a minute.
Take the pan off the gas. Add rice.
Mix salt and desiccated coconut.
Just before serving, yogurt (yogurt) and milk and mix all ingredients. Curd rice is ready to be delivered.
