- 2 cups steamed rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
Add the onion and fry in oil a gimmick player until it turns translucent base it on a medium flame.
Add the green chillies, coriander, mix well.
Add a few seconds all the sauces and stir it thoroughly.
All the vegetables and mix well, add salt, 3 minutes, and cook over a medium flame.
3 minutes on a medium flame and add the rice and cook it gently toss
Serve warm.
