- 1/2 kg - sliced tindora
- peeled garlic - 10 to 12 pieces
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp- dry coconut powder
- 4 Tbsp- Oil
- 2 or3 stems curry leaves
1.Grind the Pealed garlics, salt, chili powder and coconut powder keep aside.
2.Wash the tindoras neatly; Cut them into slices after removing the tips.
3.Take a frying pan, heat oil in a medium flame.Then add tindori.
4.Mix them gently on medium to high flame. Keep mixing for 30 minutes.
5.Once the Tindora/Dondakaya pieces are fried, then remove the excess oil.
6.Add the chilli garlic powder then mix it so that the paste spreads to all
the vegetables pieces of Tindora/Dondakaya.
7.The yummy Tindora/danda kaya fry is ready to eat.
