Ingredients

1/2 kg seer, cut into5(1/2" thick) slices

1-2 tbsp. chilli powder
|
3-4 tsp. oil
|
Salt and pepper to taste

Garnishing
|
1 medium onion, cut into rings
|
1 lime, cut into wedges
|
Preparation:
1. Wash and pat dry the fish slices. Rub in the chilli and turmeric Powders. Keep aside for 10-15 Minutes. Add salt and fry.
2. To, fry grease a cold Skillet with 1-2 tbsp of oil and heat on a medium setting.
3. Once the visiotherm pointer reaches the first red mark, arrange the fish slices in the Skillet, lower the heat, cover and cook for 3-5 min,
4. Turn the fish over and drizzle 1 tsp of oil around the edges. Increase to medium heat, take off the lid and fry for a few seconds.
5. Remove from the unit and arrange on a serving platter.
6. Garnish with onion rings. Add lime juice and serve hot.
