Ingredients

3 Eggs

2 tbsp. water
|
1/2 cup chopped filling eg.
|
ham, cheese and onion (optional)
|
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Heat a covered 24 cm Skillet on medium heat till the Visiotherm pointer reaches the first red mark.
2. The lid and reduce to low heat. Beat eggs and water well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grease the unit lightly with oil. Pour in the mixture, cover and cook for 3 min.
4. Add the filling, cover again and cook for 3 more min or until mixture is just set. Fold and serve.
