Murgh tandoori easy recipe

4 Chicken drumsticks
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
4 tsp lime juice
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp tandoori masala
a pinch of tandoori colour
1 tsp oil/butter
salt to taste
1 onion, cut into rings
1 lime, cut into wedges


1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. Pick the chicken with a fork and rub in the marinade.

2. Arrange the chicken drumsticks in 24cm roaster. Cook on low heat until the visiotherm pointer reaches the 12'o clock position.

3. Now roast each drumstick directly on the fire, to get a roasted flavor. Serve with onion rings and lime wedges.

4. If desired, brush the chicken with a little butter before roasting over the fire.
