How to make egg fried rice Indian style
2 cups cooked rice
4 eggs (well beaten)
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp oil
1 medium-sized onion
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 green chillies(finely chopped)
2 tsp soy sauce1 tsp red chili powder
2 cups finely peas, chopped carrots and beans
2 tsp ginger paste
4 garlic flakes (grounded)
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1. You need boiled rice Which has been cooked earlier and has cooled down.

2. Heat oil in a pan add onions to it fry till it is transparent.

3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, stir fry one minute.

4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.

5.Add in beaten eggs and stir it constantly till it is scrambled properly.

6.Now add chopped vegetables, stirring for a minute or more.
Make sure to keep it crispy vegetables.

7.Add salt, garam masala and rice and soy sauce and mix well.

8.Cover with light and let it cook for 3 minutes.

9.Garnish coriander leaves. Serve hot with a choice of gravy.
