Tropical colada juice for beauty

No one ever gets tired of mangoes, especially Alphonso's. Mangoes are full of vitamins A and C. They are excellent for children. However, those with sugar problems should avoid this fruit and this drink. This high energy drink is for children and office-goers.

Ingredients
4 to 5 mangoes, preferably alphonsoes
1 glass coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. sugar
1-2 gm. cardamom powder(pinch) 
3 tsp. crushed ice


Preparation:

1. Skin mangoes and cut into pieces.

2. Blend grated coconut and lukewarm water in a mixer and strain the juice.

3. Blend mango, coconut milk, water, sugar in a mixer.

4. Pour into a tall glass or champagne flute and top with crushed ice. Garnish with cardamom powder.
