Preparation:
1. Preheat a 20cm low on medium heat till the visiotherm pointer reaches the first red mark. Drop in the almonds and toast on both sides for a few seconds.
2. Immediately remove and coarsely crush. Place both the grated chocolates in a 20cm Combi-Bowl.
3. Pour 1-2 cups of water into a 20cm low and heat on a medium setting till the visiotherm pointer reaches the 12o'clock position.
4. Remove the lid and set the Combi-Bowl into the 20cm low. Turn off the heat. Now pour in the melted butter, milk and vanilla essence.
5. Gently stir for a few minutes till the chocolates melts completely. Add the crushed almonds.
6. Line a tray with greaseproof paper and drop spoonful’s of almond chocolate mixture onto it. Chill for 2 hours, wrap in decorative chocolate wrappers and serve.

1 small bar(50g) milk chocolate, grated

1 tsp+ 2 tsp (25g) melted butter
|
3 tsp (45ml) milk a few drop of vanilla essence
