Vegetable Salad- Hot Potato Salad


Oil – 2 Table spoon
Onion – ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
Potatoes – 1 cup boiled and diced
Red chilli sauce – 1 table spoon
Curd – 2 Table spoon
Chopped Coriander – 2 Table spoon
Add salt to taste.

Method of Preparation:

1. Put the oil into a bowl and heat in a microwave oven on high for a minute. Add the onions and green chillies, cover and cook on high for 2 minutes.

2. Mix in the potatoes and rest of the ingredients.

3. Time taken: 3 minutes.
