Corn chat recipe

Ingredients:

American corn -2 numbers

Butter- 1 table spoon

Onion- 1 (small size)

Cucumber – ½ (medium size)

Tomato - 1

Coriander leaves – to garnish

Salt – as per taste

Pepper - 1 table spoon

Optional:

Bhujia - 2 table spoon

Preparation method:

Boil American corn in water. Add salt to taste. Chop onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves. Smaller you chop, tastier the chat becomes. Once the corn is boiled, heat the butter in a pan and add boiled American corn. Sprinkle some water at regular intervals. We do this to assure that American corns are not fried .Once American corn becomes soft, add the chopped vegetables and pepper and keep in low flame for 2 minutes. For that luscious looks, garnish the same with bhujia and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
