Easy Recipe: Ladyfinger (Bhendi) fry

Ingredients:

250 gms ladyfinger (slit and make long pieces)

1 tspn chilly powder


Quarter tspn turmeric powder

Half tspn sambar powder

1 tspn lime juice
(Mix these above four items by hand and make thick paste and apply on the ladyfinger and keep it aside for 2 hours)

1 tspn jeera

1 tomato skin for garnishing (to make rose)

1 tblspn oil

Salt to taste.


Method of preparation:




1. Keep kadai and heat oil, add jeera.

2. Later add marinated ladyfinger, mix and stir it well.

3. Cover the lid and cook on very low flame (on top of the lid put some water to avoid getting it burnt.)

Now the Ladyfinger spicy fry is ready.
Serve with rice or roti.
