Non-veg recipe: Prawns Chilly


250 gms prawns (without the skin) - to be marinated with salt, quarter tspn turmeric and half tspn of chilly powder and 1 tspn lime water for 2 hours.

One bunch spring onion – cut onion separately and leaves separately.

One big capsicum – cut into medium pieces

2 green chillies – chopped

Half inch ginger –chopped

Half cup coriander leaves – chopped

1 tablespoon decicated coconut

1 big tomato – finely cut

1 tblspn oil

Method of Preparation:

1. Keep a kadai with the oil, first put chopped ginger, chillies and fry for 1 minute..
Add chopped tomato.

2. Later add marinated prawns and mix it well and cook for 3 minutes, add decicated coconut and keep it aside.

3. In a separate kadai put 2 tspn oil and fry the spring onions, capsicum first. Later add spring onion leaves.

4. Add the mixture to the mixture given in step 1. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty prawns chilly is ready.

Serve this with bread or roti.
