Mangalorean soft Methi Dosa with Coconut Chutney

Ingredients for Methi Dosa:

2 cups Rice

1 cup Kurmura

3/4th cup Powa

2 tspn Methi seeds

2 tspn Sugar

Salt to taste.

Method of Preparation:

1. Soak rice and methi seeds together for 4 hours.

2. Grind them by adding required water.

3. Add kurmura, powa, sugar and grind fine and make a thick paste. (Batter should be thinner than idli batter) and keep for overnight.

4. Heat non-stick frying pan on medium flame and start making dosa.

Ingredients for Coconut Chutney:

Half coconut grated

3 green chillies

Half inch ginger

1 garlic seed

1 cup chutney dal

Salt to taste.

Grind everything together with required water.
